What are your services?

Can I pay in my own currency?
On my webshop the currency is in EUROS, when you make the payment for the product it will automatically change in your own currency. If you want to check beforehand how much it is gonna cost check out this currency website: https://www.xe.com

*Please be aware of that in most European countries, a comma is used to separate the integral part of a number from decimal part. This means, for example, that three hundred euros and ten cents is written as 300,10- with comma as a decimal marker. €365 is $477

Which countries do you ship to?
I ship worldwide, that means every country in the whole wide world.

How long does the shipment take?
Depends where you live:
Europe: 2 – 3 days
Outside Europe: 4 – 30 days.

Are your bags functional?
I wouldn’t call it a bag if it wasn’t a bag. They are definitely functional, it depends on which bag (you can find this information in the details of the product). Most of my bags have space inside for a phone, keys, small card wallet and some make-up. Please be aware that the coin purses don’t have enough space for a phone.

Are the bags durable?
Yes they are! Every single piece is handmade, which means you should be really careful with it. If you drop it on the ground it will be definitely ok, but don’t let your dog play with it. Just make sure to love and care for the bag, then it can be forever! Here are some tips to take care of your wearable art:

– Try to keep away from too much from extremely hot temperatures;
– Please do not wear them on extremely rainy days;
– Keep away from children, pets and hungry people;
– Do not put heavy stuff inside;
– Hang it on the wall or if you only want to wear it as a bag you can put it in a dust bag;
– For cleaning please only use a cloth or damp cloth.

What material do you use?
I work with different sorts of clay that I mix myself and little bit of magic…

Are you bags heavy?
No, they are super light weight. The chain what is hanging on the bag is normally heavier than the bag itself.

How long does the processing take?
Depends on which one, because I have limited editions available who are already made and ready to ship within a week. For custom made and not limited edition purses the processing time can take between 2 – 4 months.

Why are your purses so expensive?
It is a one-woman business, it takes weeks to create these wearable art pieces. All my purses are handmade, every single detail is handmade.

Do you have a discount code?
No, I don’t work with discount codes. Please don’t ask me about any discounts because this will break my heart. My products are too exclusive to sell for less.

I am not able to do collaborations.

All of my products are 100% handmade.
They should be worn with love and lots of care. It is a real piece of art!
My products are perfect for special occasions, please do not wear them on rainy days. Keep away from children (It’s not a toy).

Keep in mind, it takes a lot of time to create the accessories + the whole process of (painting, drying of the products). If you need it for a special date, contact me.

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible after payment has been received. I will send you a notification on the day the item has been sent to you. Sometimes products need to dry for a couple of days. This depends on which product you bought.

All items are sent with a Track & Trace number.
I will send you the Track & Trace code after the package leaves the studio.

My accessories will be sent in a big neon pink box, the products will be carefully packed in bubble wrap to deliver it safe and sound.

Keep in mind it can take longer if the customs take the package for a check-up. The customs may keep the package on hold for at least 3 weeks.

As soon as my products leave the studio it is up to the delivery service to deliver (on time). I will always check-up on packages I send with Track & Trace. If you didn’t receive it or the shipment has taken more than a month+ please contact me and I will try to fix it.

During Corona crisis, it may take 2-3 month before the package reaches you.

I don’t take returns unless you receive a different item. All my products are made to order which means I start making as soon I receive an order. I make it especially for you.

If a piece arrives broken due to shipping, please notify me within 3 days (after the date of delivery confirmation by USPS) of receiving the item and include a picture of the broken item. I will be more than happy to replace it for the same item. If I don’t receive a photo within the 3 days after the arrival date, I will not be able to replace the item or make any other arrangements.

Return cost are on you.

There are no replacements for broken pieces due to use.

Sometimes you can fix the problem by yourself, if not I am always willing to help.

I respect your privacy and only process your personal data for the purpose for which you have provided them and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Telecommunications Act.

2. E-mail address
It is very important to inform you when necessary. When I need to contact you, I use your email address. This only happens when I have questions about your order, incorrect address or when I need to notify you when an order is ready for shipping. Email addresses will be deleted after your order has arrived safe and sound. As soon you choose for the option ‘priority shipping’, I need to write down your email address on the custom forms as well.

3. Address details
As soon as I receive your order, I will receive the address to which this order must be sent. This is on Etsy as on my original website only visible by me. On social media I will always make sure you wouldn’t see any adresses on my Instagram stories (for example). I’m the only one who has acces to the login details of both my websites.

When you choose to pay trough Paypal, Paypal receives your address details and bank account number. These will remain as ‘payments received’ on my Paypal accout. I can personally remove these.

When you choose Credit card, a number of your details arrive at Braintree. This will be your first + last name, email address and your telephone number if you have given this. Braintree also stores this data and can be all removed by me (as soon the order is closed).

Post NL (Dutch mail order company)
The post office needs your address to make sure you receive your package as soon as possible without any problems. All they need/look at is your zip code and city / country. If a package disappears during the delivery process, I will call the Post NL help desk. They need your name, address, email, telephone number. They also ask for the content and the value of your order.

Because of the the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (Belastingdienst) I need to document all of incoming orders. My accountant ensures that I pay the correct amount of taxes. To be able to calculate this, they need insight into my incoming orders, amounts and to which countries these orders have been sent. They don’t need your addresses, email, phone numbers etc. I need to save these maps for at least 5 years before I can trow throw them away.

4. Phone number
I do not use your telephone number for commercial purposes. I only need your phone number as soon you choose for the priority shipment.

5. Special personal data
The collected information is only used internally and is not passed through to other organizations

6. Transferring security and receiving data
If we transfer or receive your data on our website, we always use the encryption technologies that are recognized as common standards within the IT sector. I have implemented the necessary security measures to prevent the loss, unauthorized use or modification of information we receive on our site.

7. Safety storage of data
A secure connection is used on the page where you provide personal data. Passwords are always saved in a hash.

8. Access your data
Upon request, we inform visitors of our website about the personal data processed by them. Any incorrect data can be corrected, supplemented or deleted. If you wish to access this information, or wish to improve your personal data, please contact us at the address below.
